What a realtor! My husband and I were looking for acreage property and contacted Terri via a listing she advertised. Upon meeting Terri and discussing our particulars she immediately went to the point of identifying only those properties in our wishes. We eventually found a house which was a “short” sale. The complications that arose with this piece of property were enormous, yet Terri was extremely tenacious is dealing with all parties. I would receive text messages and e-mails from Terri at 2 AM with documents she would want me to sign by 9 AM to make our end of the transaction complete. Without Terri the dream house my husband and I purchased would not of come true. Terri not only found a buyer for our existing house she managed to handle both closings simultaneously, quite a feat for a “short” sale. Terri answered every one of my calls immediately and kept us informed on every aspect of the transaction as they unfolded. I know we were not Terri’s only client, but we felt as we were. I would and have recommended Terri for any real estate venture.
